• If you do not agree, do not connect your trading account or use our services.
• These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Client,” “User”) and Forextend.com.

2. Service Description

• Forextend provides an AI-based automated trading system for Forex markets.
• Forextend does not act as a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary.
• No guarantees of profits, performance, or results are made.
• The Client retains full control and may disable the system at any time.

3. Risk Disclosure

• Forex trading involves substantial risk and may result in total loss of funds.
• Past results or performance do not guarantee future outcomes.
• Market volatility or technical issues can cause losses.
• By using the Forextend system, the Client accepts all risks.

4. No Guarantee or Warranty

• The AI trading system is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Forextend makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding uptime, performance, or profitability.
• You use the system entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Forextend and its affiliates are not liable for:
  • Trading losses or total account loss.
  • Technical or connectivity issues.
  • Data errors or third-party malfunctions.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Even if advised of the possibility of losses, Forextend shall not be held responsible.

6. Indemnification

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Forextend, its owners, and affiliates against claims or damages resulting from:
• Use of the AI trading system.
• Breach of these Terms.
• Disputes involving brokers or third parties.

7. Fees and Refund Policy

• All payments and subscription fees are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including trading performance or dissatisfaction.
• Payment confirms acknowledgment of the no-refund policy.

8. No Financial Advice

• Forextend does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.
• All information and outputs are for educational purposes only.
• The Client makes all trading decisions at their own risk.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
• Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of New York County, New York.
• The Client agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

10. Non-Solicitation and Acknowledgment

• Forextend has not solicited any investment.
• The Client voluntarily uses the AI system with full awareness of risks.

11. Amendments

• Forextend reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Forextend.
• They supersede all prior communications or understandings.

By connecting your MT4/MT5 account or paying any service fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
